...(it's more formal name) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on (and clothes-on) treatment, wherein the practitioner uses a light touch to encourage the self-healing abilities of the human body, through gentle altering of the sacrum (base of the spine) and cranial bones (head) and gently controlling the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. Beneficial in a multitude of ways! * Healing, by alleviating a range of illness and dysfunction, including chronic pain, central nervous system disorders, head and neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, seizure disorders, hormonal imbalances, chronic sinusitis, and more! * Improved functioning of the autonomic nervous system, enabling the body to respond more effectively to stress * Improved immune system function * Release of tissue and bone restrictions, improving mobility * Tension release * Pain alleviation * Energy flow * Overall relaxation and revitalization The length of each session varies from case to case, but set aside at least 45 mins for your appointment

The Signature Massage

The Signature Massage is my tailored massage and most recommended service!

 

Combines the modalities of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, & Myofascial Release, for a customized session.

 

Therapeutic pressure can be applied lightly or deeply, depending on the needs of each individual area of the body.

Angelic Reiki

a.k.a. Spiritual Energy Healing  (Reiki pronounced ray-key) is a hands-on (and clothes-on) healing technique that uses universal life force energy to harmonize and balance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual. Relax, unwind, and allow your mind to drift away, listening to soothing meditational healing music, as I am intuitively guided by the Angels and your Spirit Guides, on how to rebalance and shift energy within your chakras, to aide you in healing, emotionally, spiritually and physically. After treatments, healing continues to be absorbed at physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, further developing the client at many levels and dimensions, expanding their consciousness. The length of each session varies from case to case, but set aside at least 45 mins for your appointment.

Ancient Cupping Therapy

This wonderful ancient Chinese & Egyptian tool has found its place in the modern world of healing. Cups are used in a "dynamic" approach (sliding over the tissues, using gel for lubrication). Can be applied to the back, legs, glutes, etc, as needed.  By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration, healing nutrients and blood flow to constricted body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. The suction level can range from light to heavy, and can be stimulating or sedating. Includes an upper body (or region cupping addressed) massage at end of session, to assist distribution of released lymph, stagnant blood & toxins.

  • A non-refundable deposit, for 50% of the total, is required at time of booking (unless otherwise agreed upon).

  • Venmo, ApplePay, or Zelle.  credit card/debit card transactions garner a $5 convenience fee per transaction (due to bank service fees). remainders due can always be paid in cash at the appt.

"No-Show" & Late Cancellations / Rescheduling  Policy 

 

  • if needed, Please reschedule no less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, so I have a chance to fill the void left in my schedule.

  • If you cancel your appointment (without rescheduling), or if you No-Show to your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

​​

  • in case of an emergency: If you have to reschedule your appointment last minute, your deposit automatically will go towards your next appointment.

​​

  • in the rare instance you have to reschedule your appointment more than twice, the 3rd time, you will need to pay a 2nd deposit, to hold that same appointment.
